W139:
Proposal for a Corporate Design for 2006

In November 2005 we were invited to go on a pitch to be the house designers of W139 for 2006. Unfortunatly we did not get the pitch but we where very happy with the result of our proposal.

W139 functions as a framework in which the various expressions of artists' works have room to develop.

Likewise, the history of past events in W139 is an important element that we would like to emphasize. As in fine arts different styles and directions build on top of each other or develop from each other, each invitation is not only shaped by the current content, but also by the content of past invitations and events.

Every new artist is communicated in a way that suits him best, and the style of the institution W139 is subordinate to that and only exists in a few repeating elements.
