We were asked to do a very sober, one colour bi-lingual layout for this supplement, in order to reflect the seriousness of the matter; nevertheless we could not ignore the personal beauty of Ivan's sketches, the intimate character of his work. We combined a very rigid and straight forward layout with Grubanov's own handwriting printed on the inside pages of the japanese binding book, it gave the book a personal and secretive feeling like Grubanov's drawings.
